Swati Nanda Dey

Swati Nanda Dey joined NCBT in 2015 as an Academic Support. Her role changed to Welfare Support in 2017.
She is currently responsible for the welfare of the students on campus. Her role encompasses motivating students to perform at high levels, identifying any welfare concerns and providing the relevant support.

She is in charge of providing a safe learning and working environment for students and staff.

Swati Nanda Dey has completed Advanced Diploma in International Business(Applied Import/Export) Level 7, Newton College of Business and Technology, New Zealand.

Swati has done her MBA in HR and Finance from Apeejay School of Management, New Delhi, India.

Swati’s graduation was in Bachelor of Arts (Vocational) from Delhi University, India.

Swati comes with close to 8 years of experience in the financial sector, primarily retail banking in India. She has worked with Indiabulls Securities Ltd, ICICI bank and Yes Bank during her professional voyage.
