NCBT contracts reputable, reliable, and efficient recruitment agents and we endeavor to appoint agents who demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of New Zealand Education system and Immigration policies.
Join our representative network
NCBT is continually reviewing our agency network to maintain a high standard of support for our prospective students
We welcome expressions of interest if you are interested in becoming a NCBT Registered Agent. We will assess your suitability but due to strict standards, may be unable to respond favourably to all requests.
To be considered for NCBT’s representation, please complete our Agent Application Form and email to priya@ncbt.ac.nz. The information you provide will help us determine your suitability for appointment as an official representative and will be subject to reference checks and vetting from Immigration New Zealand.
You will be notified of our decision by email after we have assessed your application and only if your application has been successful.
Agent quality
NCBT has clear expectations of the companies that are contracted to represent and recruit on its behalf.
Agents representing NCBT and recruiting students are required to familiarize themselves with The Education ( Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016 ( including amendments 2019) and counsel their students accordingly.
Please click here to access the code http://www.legislation.govt.nz/regulation/public/2019/0064/latest/whole.html
NCBT also provides ongoing training to the agencies in its network to ensure agents are equipped with the most accurate and up-to-date information. This training for onshore and visiting offshore agents will include a tour of NCBTs facilities, an introductory seminar and meeting of key personnel within the organisation.
Student applications from non-registered agents
A non-registered agent is welcome to submit an application of admission to NCBT on behalf of a student. However, the student application will be considered as a direct application from the student, and all communications from us about the application will be directed to the student, not the agent. The non-registered agent will be deemed not eligible to receive any commission.
